Sliding Scale treatments
Treatments are offered at $70, $84, $100 and $120 inclusive of GST, on sliding scale treatment days.
The higher price reflects the true cost of this service, while a lower price is an opportunity made for those who may require assistance in accessing treatment.

Sliding scale options are currently offered on the first Wednesday and Friday of each month. Please be mindful of the day you are booking if require sliding scale options.

Massage Therapy
Please note that this is a home based practice. We are unfortunately not accessible to all abilities and some stairs are required to access the treatment space.
** 60 minute treatment rate will be increasing to $120 including GST, on October 1st**
Massage therapy is an evidence based treatment modality that can be used to support physical and mental well being. Your massage therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your health goals, whether that be to manage pain, recover from an injury or help manage symptoms of stress. Techniques used in treatment will be reflective of these goals and may include active and passive manipulation/massage techniques, movement exploration, and exercise prescription. Your massage treatment will be further supported with appropriate home care suggestions.
