Chelsea graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been an RMT since 2018.
Continual personal and professional development hold high value to Chelsea. In order to continue to further her knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation, she has pursued on-going mentorship from several experienced health care practitioners during the course of her practice. Chelsea frequently attends continuing education courses to best understand how to support and assist her client’s concerns about their health.
Chelsea’s practice has evolved to provide treatments tailored to meet her client’s goals and education to empower her clients to take control of their health and recovery. She typically uses movement, Swedish massage, stretching and gentle touch techniques such as MFR in her treatments.
Chelsea enjoys hiking, mountain biking and yoga as part of her self care practice. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her horses and studying towards obtaining a diploma in equine osteopathy.
